Western Prairie Equine Service offers a New Patient Form online so you can complete it in the convenience of your own home or office. Please print the New Client Form, complete it, and bring it with you when you come for your appointment or you can email it to westernedgevet@hotmail.com.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. This helps keep our administrative costs down, allowing us to focus our energy on customer service and providing superb equine veterinary care.
Customers may pay via cash, check (if local address), debit or credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER.
